1. Introduction

Welcome to iamvivaha, a matrimonial and relationship platform operated by Speedweb Services LLP ("iamvivaha", "we", "us", "our" or "Company").

iamvivaha is designed to help individuals and families discover potential life partners, communicate with suitable profiles, and explore related spiritual services such as Kundli matching, astrology consultations and Kuldevi/Kuldeva Puja services.

By accessing, registering on, browsing, downloading or using the iamvivaha website, mobile application, membership services, communication features, matrimonial services or spiritual services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms").

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use iamvivaha.

2. Eligibility

You may use iamvivaha only if:

• You are legally capable of entering into a binding contract under applicable law.
• You are legally eligible to marry under the laws applicable to you.

iamvivaha is not intended for persons below 18 years of age. By creating an account, you confirm that you satisfy the eligibility requirements.

If a profile is created by a parent, guardian or family member on behalf of an eligible adult, the person whose matrimonial profile is created must satisfy the eligibility requirements and the person creating the profile must have appropriate authority to provide the information.

3. Nature of iamvivaha Services

iamvivaha provides an online platform that enables users to:

• Create matrimonial profiles.
• Upload photographs and profile information.
• Search for potential partners.
• Use filters such as age, location, religion, education and preferences.
• Send and receive interests.
• Shortlist or view profiles.
• Communicate with other users through available platform features.
• Purchase membership packages.
• Receive notifications and other platform communications.
• Access matrimonial-related services.
• Access Kundli, astrology and related spiritual services where available.
• Request or book Kuldevi/Kuldeva Puja and related services where available.

iamvivaha is a facilitator/platform for matrimonial introductions and does not itself guarantee that any user will find a suitable partner, get married, or establish a successful relationship.

4. No Guarantee of Marriage or Compatibility

iamvivaha does not guarantee:

• That you will find a suitable life partner.
• That a particular profile will respond to you.
• That an interest will be accepted.
• That communication with another member will result in marriage.
• That any relationship formed through the platform will be successful.
• The compatibility, character, financial status, education, employment, family background, marital status or intentions of another user.
• That information supplied by another member is completely accurate.
• That a profile will remain active or available.
• That any matching algorithm, search result or recommendation will result in a successful matrimonial relationship.

All matrimonial decisions must be independently evaluated by the users and their families.

5. User Registration and Account

To use certain features, you may be required to register an account.

You agree to:

• Provide truthful, accurate and complete information.
• Keep your information updated.
• Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Not share your password or account access with unauthorized persons.
• Notify iamvivaha promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
• Use only one genuine account unless otherwise permitted by iamvivaha.
• Use your account only for legitimate matrimonial purposes.

You are responsible for all activity carried out through your account.

6. Profile Information and Authenticity

Users must provide genuine and truthful information.

• Name
• Age / date of birth
• Gender
• Photograph
• Location
• Education
• Occupation
• Religion / community information
• Family information
• Marital status
• Partner preferences
• Contact information
• Other information voluntarily provided by the user

You must not:

• Create a fake profile.
• Impersonate another person.
• Use another person's photographs without authorization.
• Provide a false age.
• Misrepresent your marital status.
• Misrepresent your occupation, education, income or family background.
• Hide material information relevant to a matrimonial relationship.
• Create an account using another person's identity without authorization.

7. Profile Verification

iamvivaha may provide profile verification or identity verification features.

A "Verified" or similar indication means that iamvivaha has completed a particular verification process based on information or documents available to it at the time of verification.

Users must independently verify information before entering into any relationship, engagement, marriage or financial transaction.

8. Matrimonial Search and Matching

iamvivaha may provide search, filtering, recommendation, AI-assisted matching or other discovery features.

These features may use information such as age, location, religion, education, preferences, profile information, user activity and other information provided or generated through platform functionality.

Matching or recommendation results are intended only to assist users in discovering potentially suitable profiles.

A match, recommendation, ranking or search result does not constitute a recommendation, endorsement or guarantee by iamvivaha.

9. User Communication

iamvivaha may provide communication features including interests, private messaging, chat, video communication or other communication facilities.

You must not use iamvivaha to:

• Harass another person.
• Threaten or intimidate another person.
• Send obscene or sexually explicit material.
• Send unwanted commercial messages.
• Request money under false pretences.
• Conduct fraud or scams.
• Promote illegal activities.
• Collect personal information for unauthorized purposes.
• Distribute malware or malicious links.
• Engage in discrimination, hate speech or abusive behaviour.
• Circumvent platform security measures.

10. Matrimonial Safety and User Responsibility

Users should exercise reasonable caution when communicating with people they meet through iamvivaha.

You should independently verify:

• Identity
• Age
• Marital status
• Employment
• Education
• Family background
• Residence
• Financial information
• References and other material claims

Any suspected fraud, abuse, impersonation or safety concern should be reported to iamvivaha through the available support channels.

11. User-Generated Content

Users may upload or submit photographs, descriptions, messages, documents, videos, testimonials, success stories and other content ("User Content").

You retain ownership of your User Content. By submitting User Content, you grant iamvivaha a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, display, process and distribute that content as reasonably necessary to operate, maintain, improve and promote the Services.

You represent that:

• You own or have the necessary rights to submit the content.
• The content does not violate another person's rights.
• The content is not unlawful, fraudulent, defamatory or misleading.
• The content does not infringe copyright, trademark, privacy or other rights.
• You have appropriate consent for photographs or information relating to other individuals.

12. Photographs and Media

Users must upload photographs that accurately represent themselves.

• Do not upload another person's photograph without authorization.
• Do not upload misleading or manipulated photographs intended to deceive.
• Do not upload pornographic or sexually explicit material.
• Do not upload violent or offensive material.
• Do not upload illegal content.
• Do not upload copyrighted material without permission.

13. Membership Plans and Paid Services

iamvivaha may offer free and paid membership plans. The features, duration, limits and benefits of each package will be displayed on the relevant membership or payment page.

Membership benefits may include:

• Profile visibility.
• Contact viewing.
• Interest expressions.
• Private chat.
• Additional matrimonial features.

iamvivaha may modify, introduce or discontinue membership packages from time to time.

14. Payment

Payments for paid Services may be processed through third-party payment gateways or payment service providers.

You agree to provide accurate payment information and authorize the applicable payment provider to process the transaction.

A payment is considered successful only after confirmation is received from the applicable payment system.

15. Membership Activation and Expiry

• Paid membership benefits become available after successful payment confirmation and activation.
• Membership benefits are personal to the purchasing account.
• Benefits are not transferable to another user.
• Benefits cannot normally be converted into cash.
• Membership benefits expire according to the applicable package duration.
• Unused benefits may expire when the membership period ends unless expressly stated otherwise.

16. Refund and Cancellation Policy

Before purchasing a membership or paid service, users should carefully review the package price, duration, features, usage limits and other applicable conditions.

Because digital membership benefits may become available immediately after purchase, cancellation or refund eligibility may be restricted once the service has been activated or used, subject to applicable law.

Any refund request should be submitted to iamvivaha support with the registered email/mobile number, transaction/order reference, date of payment and reason for the refund request.

Nothing in this section limits any mandatory consumer rights available under applicable law.

iamvivaha may occasionally provide:

• Referral benefits

Promotional offers may have separate terms, eligibility requirements, validity periods and restrictions.

19. Astrology and Kundli Disclaimer

Astrology, Kundli matching, Guna Milan, predictions, Muhurta recommendations, remedies and related services are provided for traditional, cultural, spiritual and informational purposes.

Users should make important personal and matrimonial decisions based on their own judgment and, where appropriate, qualified professional advice.

20. Puja Services

Where available, iamvivaha may facilitate booking of traditional religious services.

The actual performance of a Puja may depend on availability of the selected Pandit/Purohit, temple availability, location, date and time, religious requirements, weather, local restrictions and availability of required materials.

iamvivaha does not guarantee any particular spiritual, religious, personal, financial, health or matrimonial outcome from performing a Puja or ritual.

21. Independent Service Providers

Astrologers, Pandits, Purohits and other professionals may operate independently.

Where such third-party services are offered, iamvivaha may act as a platform or facilitator. Users should independently evaluate the advice, services and representations of such providers.

22. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use iamvivaha for unlawful purposes.
• Create fraudulent or deceptive profiles.
• Impersonate any person or entity.
• Harass or abuse another member.
• Solicit money or financial assistance from members.
• Promote commercial businesses without authorization.
• Send spam.
• Scrape or systematically collect member information.
• Sell or distribute member data.
• Reverse engineer the platform.
• Attempt unauthorized access to systems.
• Upload malicious software.
• Circumvent membership restrictions.
• Create multiple accounts to abuse promotions.
• Upload content that violates applicable law.
• Use the platform for prostitution, trafficking or exploitation.
• Use the platform for political, extremist or unlawful activities.
• Copy or reproduce iamvivaha's proprietary content without permission.
• Use automated bots or scripts without authorization.
• Interfere with the operation or security of the platform.

23. Account Suspension and Termination

iamvivaha may suspend, restrict, hide or terminate an account if:

• These Terms are violated.
• Information appears fraudulent.
• The account is reported for serious misconduct.
• The user engages in harassment or abuse.
• The account is involved in suspected fraud.
• The user attempts to circumvent security measures.
• The account creates risk to other users or the platform.
• Required verification is not completed.
• The account is used for unlawful activities.
• Suspension is required for legal or regulatory reasons.

24. Privacy

iamvivaha values user privacy. Personal information may be collected and processed for account creation, profile management, verification, matching, communication, payment processing, customer support, security, fraud prevention, service improvement and legal compliance.

Your use of iamvivaha is also subject to the iamvivaha Privacy Policy, which should be read together with these Terms.

Certain profile information may be visible to other registered users depending on your account settings, membership package and platform functionality.

26. Third-Party Links and Services

iamvivaha may contain links to third-party websites, applications, payment providers, service providers or other resources.

iamvivaha does not necessarily control or endorse third-party websites or services. Your use of third-party services may be governed by the third party's own terms and privacy policies.

27. Mobile Application

iamvivaha may provide mobile applications through third-party application stores such as Google Play.

Use of the mobile application may also be subject to the applicable application-store terms and policies.

28. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property relating to iamvivaha, including the iamvivaha name, logo, brand identity, website design, mobile application, software, graphics, text, images, database structure, user interface, features, trademarks and copyrighted material is owned by or licensed to Speedweb Services LLP or its respective licensors unless otherwise stated.

No part of the Platform may be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, republished or commercially exploited without prior written permission from the Company.
